Privacy notice

This website is operated by Khoury Commerce Group for its brand 10-4 Nutrition. It is a pre-launch site: there is no store and no payments are taken.

What we collect

• Launch list: your email address, your role if you choose to share it, the date you signed up, and a record of the consent you gave.
• Department inquiries: your name, work email, organization, your optional message, and the date.
• Contact and privacy requests: the request type, your email, your optional name, your message, and the date.
• Abuse prevention: when you submit a form, we store an IP-derived anti-abuse identifier, the form name and the time, to limit repeated submissions. Your raw IP address isn't stored. Records older than 24 hours are cleared during later submission activity, so some may remain longer when the site is quiet.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site.
• We don't send marketing email other than launch updates you explicitly opted into.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored in a private database. Visitors to the site cannot view, edit or delete stored records; only authorized Khoury Commerce Group staff can access them. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf to run the site.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list entries until launch communications end or you ask us to remove you, and inquiries for as long as needed to respond to them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to be removed from the launch list, using our contact and privacy request form. Every launch email will also include a way to unsubscribe.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date above.
